Do you have any stores or showrooms?

We operate exclusively online with our main office in Mississauga and sales office in Unionville, Ontario and we keep prices as low as possible in order to pass our savings on to all of our customers! Some products can be viewed by appointment at distributors' showrooms M-F 9:30am-4pm with 1-2 days notice (Showrooms viewing is temporarily cancelled). Most products are for ordering via phone / email. 

Where are your products shipped from?
Products are shipped from various warehouses in Ontario, Montreal, Calgary in Canada, warehouses in USA and factories in Asia.

How fast do you ship my order?

In-stock orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days and delivered within 2-8 business days in Eastern Canada: 

Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island; within 5-10

business days in Western Canada: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.

Do you ship outside of Canada & USA?

For now, we ship anywhere in the world for only commercial orders of large volume - minimum 200 pieces (please contact us for container orders). 

Do you charge sales tax?

USA - No.

Canada - Yes, applicable Provincial and Federal taxes (PST, GST, HST) to your province.

Where are your products made in?

Products we carry are made in Canada, USA, China, Malaysia, Indonesia and India.

Is your website secure?

Our website is secured by a SSL Certificate provided by a website specialized company.

How do I care the furniture bought from you?

​Wood: Wood furniture will have natural variation in grain and colour as well as inherent characteristics such as mineral streaks, pitch pockets, striping, and insect markings. Slight variations in appearance may result from normal expansion and contraction of wood as it responds to climatic changes in the home.

Glass: The inherent beauty of Glass; Minor scratches, small air bubbles, surface waviness, or lightly pitted areas occur naturally during glass manufacturing are not considered quality defects.
Fabric: Natural variations occur during fabric manufacturing is not considered quality defects.
Leather: Leather has natural wrinkles, marks and scars. Variations in colour and texture are genuine and natural features of leather.
